I’ve been googling this for years it seems. Grass on terrain (as being used in details) changes color if you have the wind on the grass set. If the wind on the grass is turned off then it doesn’t change colors, but it still doesn’t give your grass all the same tint. It’s almost as if someone took a black paintbrush and painted strokes randomly over sections of the grass.
The solutions I’ve seen online are all incorrect. Setting the grass tint (in wind settings) to 128/128/128 does nothing except make your grass so dark that it’s practically black. It still changes the colors as well.
Changing the dry/healthy options to both 128/128/128 also does nothing. It still darkens the grass over time.
Is there any way to change the shader (where I assume this is happening) to prevent it from changing colors? I’m not sure how to access the shader or how to edit/recompile it.
