Is there any framework/plugin to use to implement mailbox in game?

Hi all, I trying to find out is any framework/plugin that can be use to implement gift inbox in game.

The reason why I want to implement this is due to sometime when we, developers screw up. We would like to have a way compensate our player with some gems or items.

I tried to search around and here is what I got so far.
