The Second link is paid or free ? It says open souce in the 6th page, but that script never worked for me, is it working for you ?

no i havent used that chat method im juist suggested best thing to learn .use wiki.unity=its best to get it im sure
In this wiki , there is no c# code to use inside my game, am i right ? the other one is paid ? then why its written open source ? i am like confused on it 
Although the two often go hand in hand open source doesn’t always mean free (as in beer), it just means you get the source code.
As for IRC client, if you can’t find a Unity specific one maybe find a C# one and see if it works in Unity …
why not make one free for all so that everyone thats willing to learn can use an be able to ask question instead of buying it as a package an installing just like on mirc which is free
