Is there any tool for Unity to create Skype like audio (and video) chat in Unity games?

For iOS there is a GameCenter plugin
But thats basically it.
On the desktop plugins require pro and don’t run in the webplayer, as such you can neither add voice chat nor webcam streaming to a webplayer for example.
