Is there any way to wall off roads quickly?

Just wondering if there are any already known and fast ways of making simple wall colliders on sides of the road/track you already have. Is my only option is to just manually add box or any other collider along side roads?

No, not really built-in. But maybe EasyRoads3D can do something for you.
