So, there is a kit on the unity asset store that has almost everything that I want, but, the graphics are ugly. Is there another kit like it or can someone help me to make this one more realistic?
Maybe you can share the “ugly kit” 's link so we can see why it’s ugly and what can be done to help?

Well you can use that kit and just replace the models and textures to make the graphics look good, but use its useful scripts and features “under the hood”. If you’re getting that kit just for the multiplayer, inventory, day/night cycle, ladder demo etc… then you can replace their models with better looking models.

So to answer your question, yes, you can replace the models and textures to make an ugly kit look great. That’s the beauty of the Asset Store and Unity

Well it’s the forums, we’re here to help, but you also need to know the basics of Unity so you can do things on your own as well.

Yes. I know a little about unity. I did some of the tutorials.
You should basically expect to do everything yourself. If you hit a wall and can’t figure something out on your own via Google and the learn section then the community is here to help you figure it out.
If you need long term help, there is a commercial section you can use to pay people to do more significant work.
