Is there platform I can use to get help from my game community for localization?

Is there any platform/tool/website that I can use to get help from my community? With or without creating an account, everyone should be able to contribute to the translation.

First thing came to my mind was Google Docs, but that would be so chaotic since everyone can override the values.

Transifex and Weblate are ones that I know of. The latter you can even self-host. Translators need an account, though.
