I need help with a crash bug that I’m completely unable to track down. Writing to unity devs just got me the reply that they didn’t have time to look into every project and then asked me some basic questions about the project (things that i’ve been doing for at least 3 years with unity3d and that a simple ‘play’ on the project would answer in literaly 1 second).
So… is there some way to get some real customer service for this kind of situation? Some paid by service or something. I’ve purchased every pro version of unity3d for desktop, android and ios and i’m even on the beta list… still, when a unity3d bug is found, dealing with unity3d is almost less enjoyable than dealing with Apple. And trust me, I prefer a visit to the dentist than dealing with Apple.
