Is there working documentation anywhere?

The documentation is a joke. Its inconsistent and falls apart at the very first step.

Both of these pages tell you to install a package that doesn’t exist. Using my intuition, I figured I was meant to actually install “Ads Mediation” instead.

So after I install that package, I move onto the next part, which is inexplicably handling pause and resume of the app, rather than initialising the SDK. But ok, it doesn’t really matter what order we code this stuff in, lets do it.

Can’t resolve IronSource. So has it been renamed? What using statement do I need? What assembly reference? What am I missing? I am stuck on the very first step to getting this working.

Is there any documentation that will actually help me get this system up and running?

This is almost as bad as the resource system best practices guide put out by unity that just says “best practices: don’t use it”

Unity is actually, genuinely, the single most frustrating piece of software I have ever had to use professionally.

Never mind, we moved to Google’s ad mediation. Took less than an hour, documentation is great.

Hi JustSuds, I’m sorry to hear of your bad experience, we’ll certainly review it and make any necessary changes to the documentation. I’d appreciate if you could please say which LevelPlay SDK version did you download when this happened?

I also gave up on this and went with Google, had it working within minutes. After my experience with the DOTS runtime, I decided I can’t allow Unity to take me another multi-year journey of constantly shifting APIs and poor documentation.

How can I move from LevelPlay to Google? I also want to leave LevelPlay :frowning:
