Is this a serious rendering bug? or it is just the way I did with Progressive GPU was wrong?

The glitch occured when you add a pointlight or Spotlight, and there’re 2 panels stacking close (around 2-5 meters)

It happens to both URP and BIRP in Unity 6 or Unity 2021 (I think it should be same in 2022)
It doesn’t happen to Unity 2021 Enlighting, but happened to Progressive GPU/CPU
