Is this a unity bug or am I doing something wrong

Unity Engine
1

Create a new project import Skybox
Add any skybox to edit->render settings → Skybox material
Change Main Camera Clear flags to Skybox (if required)
Switch platform to Android
Build apk
Install it on Nexus 4 or S3 mini
