Post doesn’t seem to get views or replied. Unity Developers are not actively monitor it either. Is there a different place to get MARS support? MARS is a paid product after all, we do expect some support in some means.
Hello, our developer team sees all the posts to the forum. Usually there is a reply within 2 business days, though some issues may take longer to investigate. We’ll keep looking for ways to improve this.
