Is Unity Hub made in Unity itself?

I know that epic games launcher is made in modified version of unreal engine.
So i would like to know if unity hub is made in similar manner?

Yes, that is the reason. Or so i have heard.
Did not know that electron app can actually run this smooth. Not ideal, but on a pc good enough. Other electron apps that i have used including steam is very slow on start up.
