since this morning it wont wont load for me, even unity hub wont let me sign in. everything was fine last night. All the servers says everything is running ok.
I fixed it. All this was caused by the unity hub itself. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it to a different location. Unity services window in the editor is now working. Not sure whats causing this.
