lets say some of my scene was not baked, and/or reflection probe was not to be used anywhere in my scene at all.
would unity_SpecCube0_HDR still have the corresponding value like it should when reflection probe was used, i mean its 1100 on pc, other platform would follow dLDR or RGBM decode value. it will be reliable no matter probe was used or not.
coz if unity_SpecCube0_HDR was not consistent, i may have to send decode value some where else lo
