I am making a Island terrain ( to sell in the asset store. )
I would like to know if I can use " Terrain Assets " by Unity Technologies from the unity asset store.

I want to know if I can use this free asset in my package ( that I want to sell )
Note: I am not just using this asset I am using my own made textures and rocks etc.
Any asset made by Unity Technology is for use in commercial projects. If you want to use pro assets then you buy pro license.
What you need to read more carefully is the licensing for assets created by third parties as they may have some requirements for you to put on your game when using it.
Best is that you hire a lawyer and make him the EULA (since it is pretty complicated to understand sometimes…)
