Hello,
I’ve installed, activated U3.0.0f5 (free version)
when i want to load the provided islands demo, it woes.
Here’s what happends:
-
openup the island demo (islands.unity)
-
after a few seconds i get a message telling me it needs to be upgraded or something. I press ok.
-
after everything is done loading etc… i get the unity editor screen with a portion of the islands visible in the scene view.
-
I press de run button , and i see in big white the following text:
All compiler errors have to be fixed before you can enter play mode! -
in the bottom left i noticed a warning triangle and i click on it.
then i see the following 2 lines over and over again.
-
Unsupported infinity mode (2) is used for PreExtrapolation. Only kClampForever (i.e. KFCURVE_EXTRAPOLATION_CONST) is supported.
-
Maya could not be found.
Make sure that maya is installed and the maya file has maya as its ‘Open with’ application!
now, what is wrong here?
Why does it need Maya?? i did not made the assets.
And what is that infinity mode all about?
