isRunning does not exist in animator

I cannot figure out how to set the bool up correctly in the animator.

Its case sensitive so what i see is you are using following

anim.SetBool ("IsRunning", true);

and i believe the bool in animator is

isRunning
so try using

anim.SetBool ("isRunning", true);
