issue on purchase error 108

Hi i’m trying to purchase some asset as usually but everytime i go to pay and confirm my paypal payment i got error 108 and veber compelte the paypment … i searche in paypal and transaction is not present so i suppose paypment is refused by untiy itself

my prepaid card is the same i always used and used today too for some other payments…

and obviusly is recharged----

any tip??

anyone has having issue to purchase from the store?
i cannot pay with paypal and even with card asset store doesnt sent me the otp code to confirm transaction
