Issue with loading Lightmaps Lightmapping mode

When I load Lightmaps in my scene from resources and assign them to their proper object / renderers, for some reason although my lights are all set to BakedOnly, all objects are now affected by the light as if they were set to Auto.

  1. Why are all the lights although set to BakedOnly affect the materials / renderers as if they were on Auto or Real-time? When the lightmaps were baked, those lights were all set to BakedOnly.

  2. How do you change / access via script (if possible) the Lightmapping properties of lights?

What am I missing here?

Am I the only one having this issue when loading lightmaps?

Can anyone confirm this behavior?
