I downloaded Unity Hub 2023.2.9f1 yesterday for my Mac Big Sur version 11.7.10 and am getting this error message when I try to open a project.
Can anyone advise please.

Is UnityPackageManager in the location specified in the first message ? Did you try reinstalling the editor incase it is a one off ?
