If that means what I think it means, it means you have a very old graphics card/chip. Like more than 10 years old, possibly closer to 15 years. I believe the first DX11 GPUs came out around 2010-ish and that snippet seems to indicate you run on a DX10 GPU.

What are your system specs?

i have intel(R) HD graphics 3000, chip type intel(R) HD graphics family

Ouch! :hushed:

You could try updating the GPU/graphics drivers. They often come preinstalled with these Intel HD GPUs and tend to be wayyy out of date. Hopefully that fixes it.

This is a known issue on old Intel DX11 drivers. The only solution is to update the drivers and cross fingers while doing it.

but they’re already up to date!!

Is that what Windows is saying? That’s often not true, in particular for the integrated graphics drivers.

Try searching on the Intel page for a driver installer for Intel HD Graphics 3000 series. More often than not, those are newer - just not “certified by Microsoft”.

A bit late but it’s being fixed: Unity Issue Tracker - Unity Editor is rendered without the toolbar icons on Intel HD Graphics 3000

It’s caused by a GPU driver bug but we found a way to modify our code and work around it.
