Issues in publishing the game

Hi there!

I am developing a small game in unity and I have used .fbx file as an asset into my project. Now when I run the project it works fine. When I publish it for windows platform, the app gets struck in a single frame. I tried changing the compression methods, but it didn’t help. But when I remove the imported .fbx file from the scene, the published app works fine. Kindly help me in this regard.
