Anyone else having issues over the last few days (or since IOS 9 came out) uploading to iTunes connect. Been trying for 2 days with no luck. I assume they are over loaded with updates, but possibly something has changed elsewhere…
I recently submitted 2 updates on Sep 19th and it was fine.
Your most likely right though, theres usually a rush of updates after a new device or ios updates been released.
Just do the usual, turn everything off and on, if that doesnt help, lets presume that they are overloaded 
I’d literally done the same thing, ok 3 days ok and then since then nothing
