Issues with localization: 1) OperationException : SelectedLocale is null, 2) System.Exception: SelectedLocale is null | Unity 2020.3.0f1

Hi, I have the two issues with Unity 2020.3.0f1. I will try to send a bug report, but it will take a very long time.

These issues are repeated many times:

I fixed these errors. Select any locale for “Active Locale” in Window → Asset Management → Localization Scene Controls.
