iStronaut Willy is not called an iStronaut because its for the iPhone/iTouch (eventually) or because its so mac. His planet is frozen over with ice and the goal of iStronaut Willy is to go throughout the solar system collected debris, blowing up asteroids for points, upgrading your character, and eventually building the ultimate laser beam to De-ice your planet.

The current upgrades are the Jet pack to move left and right and a laser beam that shoots to destroy the asteroids. There are various objects you have to collect, oil barrels, energy barrels, etc to power your space station and power your jet pack.

Below are two screen shots. One is of level 2 and the other is the store/lab where you upgrade your character and build the ultimate laser beam.

EDIT - New Movie Added the laser beam upgrade. In the second level you can see the jet pack and laser beam I buy from the store between the first and second levels. Same silly music. I am trying to come up with some cool loops in Garage Band but I am not so good at mixing.

Hey Demo is up of the first four levels. Nothing is set in stone. In between each level you access the store/lab where you can buy upgrades. Right now the two upgrades are the laser beam and jet pack.

To use the laser beam you click anywhere on the window once you grab the entity (asteroid/barrel/etc.) and pull it back and a laser will shoot destroying the entity. This gives you more points and brings the grabber back faster.

Left click to shoot the grabber. A and D key to move left and right if you have the jet pack upgrade.

Thats a fun game, although I didn’t hear any music. Also, the jet pack upgrade should make him fly instead of walk :smile:

There is now 9 levels. Its still a little buggy and the storyline is ok. (I have a friend, a creative writer working on the storyline and more ideas for the game).

I made some (what I think) cool music to go with the game in GarageBand. Its my first go so be kind :slight_smile:
