I've run into this problem before.

I’ve run into this problem before and I don’t remember my solution. Windows doesn’t like me. When I open a window to edit something, it keeps the window open for about 2 seconds then it closes it. No argument or anything. It just closes it. I’m thinking and hoping that you’ve run into this before.

Maybe this will help.

It starts to start Visual Studio. it gets my hopes up then it quits.
