Hi,
this is a project I was working on for a while, but there was some differences in the team, so I decided to continue working alone on it, well as long as I can find some sponsor or people interested on help to finish it.

In my opinion it just need a good 3d modeler, to model the cockpit, some more jets, levels. I think 80% of the job left is:
3d modeling, 2d art Gui, and 10% of programming, some fix here and there…
Note: There are more things that I am not showing in the video like, enemy cams, and some land vehicles.
Anyway just some feedback would be nice.
Thanks,
-Emmanuel

Okay, well I’ve been working on the multiplayer, here is the webplayer: http://blsoftware.com.ar/jow/WebPlayer.html
I am still looking for 3d/2d artist to complete this project and also a webmaster. I think this project is good for facebook, the main idea is to keep the focus in multiplayer, (dogfights cooperative missions). Maybe release an alpha version with a pre-order option, a free and a full version of the game with better graphics, unblock jets, levels etc…
Just some ideas…
btw, the webplayer and the master server is hosted in a free server just for testing purpose, so you may encounter some problems… it seems to work very well, and the lag is ok too, but I have not tested it with more than 2 connections.
Controls:
Key “+” Throttle “-” for some reason it’s not working in the webplayer alternative keys “O” “L” you’ll have to wait 2-3 sec if you’ve just spawned
Key “space” Missile
Key “Up” “Down” “Left” “Right”
Key “Q” “E”
Key “B” Brakes
if you still have problems with the webplayer:
Windows Build: http://blsoftware.com.ar/jow/Jow_Build.zip
I like it, but it is very far from alpha stage guys
oh, this is just the multiplayer test, not all the functionalities are implemented in this demo
I have to ask an upfront question. Is this paid work to assist on your project or is this volunteer work?
if someone is interested in doing some 2d/3d art… just pm me, I don’t think it is far from alpha stage at least in programming terms
it is a volunteer work, or as a partnership if anyone is interested
When you get the game more feature-complete, you should consider putting it on the dimeRocker Arcade (apps.facebook.com/dimerocker). I think it would be excellent to have a multiplayer dogfighting game showcased for the Arcade audience.
yes, that is a good idea, well the dogfight is almost ready, I want to add team-vs-team, and cooperative multiplayer combat.
Is this still alive? It looks great!!
