Jira connection: every non-connected workspace now shows error dialog when creating a new branch

I successfully connected one of my repos/workspaces to Jira. Trying to create a new branch in any workspace from that repo will correctly list the open tickets.

However, all workspaces from every OTHER repository (=all repos not connected to Jira) will now spawn a useless error dialog that must be explicitly clicked away before I can create a new branch. Also, the “Create branch” dialog will now ALWAYS be opened in the “From task” tab instead of the “Manual” tab, which is useless for unconnected repos.

Hi,

Can you please attach the Version Control Client logs located at C:/users/user/appdata/local/.plastic4/logs on windows and User/.plastic4/logs on Mac.

This way I can ask the dev Team to prevent the error in a short task.

Here is the (redacted) plasticx.debug.log.txt log, starting from the right-click-on-changeset-in-branch-explorer at 17:50:40, and “Create branch from this changeset…” at 17:50:45. No lines removed, only identifying info was replaced.

If you need the full log (i.e., stuff that happened before this), and/or the actual config file for the repo that IS connected to Jira, I can open a support ticket.

Hi,

Sorry for the delay on this, the reproduction was not possible and preventing the error only based on the logs did not work, can you please open the ticket and send the complete information?
