Jittery movement while rotating the object with using rigidbody

Thank you very much. I think it is impossible for me to fix this issue. I need to change my games logic so that I don’t use rotation anymore because I can’t get butter smooth rotation. It seems that this is the only way… Unity cannot do Smooth Motion page-2 Time.deltaTime Not Constant: VSync CameraFollow and Jitter also I found these threads which is similar to mine. So, nothing will help to eliminate those micro stutters :(. Thank you for giving time and trying to help, I appreciate!
