I would think the best way to learn the basics of javascript is to either buy a book on the subject, or do what the bulk of us do… get a project, google search the rest. I don’t think anyone here will have a “book” for you.
Since your new to it. A reference book would be a great start. Copy and paste code that you find, play with it. It truly is the best way to learn.
