Just an idea, save model with collider geometry

In udk there was a feature where you save the collider of your mesh putting in the ending of your mesh name “_ucx”, in the same model file (if I recall correctly), then udk would automatically set that mesh as a collider of your model, I’m not asking exactly this on Unity, but would be cool if there was a possibilty to hide a mesh of your model on the model import settings window and in the thumbnails created for that model, than we would have cleaner project folders with less models (for those who need a unique mesh collider at least). No need for workaround suggestions, I’m just giving an idea. Maybe I’ll post on the feedback section, what do you think?

Don’t you get it? Mesh colliders inside the same model file that are going to use this mesh collider?
