Hello, if you are reading this, I hope you can assist me. I downloaded Unity today, and after watching some tutorials on the basic functions of the program, I quickly realized I should buy the Gaia utility addon. I purchased it, and then downloaded and imported. Either I somehow I managed to mess something up or there is an issue. Under the tab ‘Clear on Play’ there were 4 red exclamation mark looking errors. One example tells me - Assets/Standard Assets/Characters/First Person Character/Scripts/HeadBob.cs(3,27): error CS0234: The type or namespace name ‘Utility’ does not exist in the namespace ‘UnityStandardAssets’. Are… and I can not read anymore because the rest of the message rolls off the right border of the message screen. There were about 4 of these error messages earlier when I was trying to figure out how to fix it. I decided to uninstall, and reinstall, thinking that would be the quickest and most efficient fix which would safeguard myself from messing anything else up. But once I finished the uninstall/reinstall, the first thing I noticed were the two random projects I created in the beginning were still there. And then I noticed that there were now 9 error messages.
I really would like to learn how to use this amazing program, but at this point am afraid I’m going to literally break the program if I keep trying to fix something I don’t know how to fix.
Any help in correcting/fixing/properly uninstalling/reinstalling would be greatly appreciated.
