Hey guys … sorry if this looks like a shameless plug. However, I just woke up this morning to an article about my upcoming game on Touch Arcade! The game is called Demon Hunters’ Saga and is a cross between XCOM and Warhammer Quest. Let me know what you guys think … hopefully will launch in June on mobile platforms with a PC port planned later. It’s using Unity 5.

Wow, congratulations! The game looks fun and I can’t imagine having my own game given such a glowing review by any review site. Hopefully you can get that PC port soon enough for those of us who prefer the good ol’ mouse and keyboard.

Thanks guys … I did very little except regular updates / posts on Twitter and posting a thread on their forum and keeping it active with regular updates.

I’ve been thinking lately, before anyone starts a game, should probably try to be able to “sell it” in one sentence. If it takes too long to explain, or talking about it isn’t existing then it’s a problem.
So you did a great job there, wasn’t hard for the reviewer to create good hype, the concept “Fantasy XCOM” is very good, and not sure why but I think it’s also helpful to point out you enjoy fantasy table top games as well, maybe because most people want to clone flappy birds or angry birds nowadays, and you want to contribute with something different.
Can’t wait to see more of your game!

@dogzerx2 : Yeah, I do come from a table top wargaming background and actually wrote a set of rules for that. That’s really helped translate into some solid rules for this game. It’s a very good match up of skills. Your models are fantastic by the way … I’ve added the wizard and female swordsman to this game. Are you ever gonna make some more characters?
