well thank you for your opinions i am actually reworking it. as it didnt turn out quite how i wanted it to. but just thought id see what others thought of it.

Its all a bit to high pitch. The underlying beat and the melody are both in very high frequency, which makes it hard to distinguish between the two.
If you lower the pitch of the beat, and raise its volume a bit, it wont sound so chaotic.
And yeah I would take this to a different forum for some quality feedback on music composition. And I am a bit surprised at the harsh responses in this thread, its very unlike this forum.
P.S. I don’t know what headphones/speakers you are using, but a good rule of thumb is to NOT use the expensive ones when making music. The average persons speakers don’t have a 20 - 22k FR, and something that sounds great on my sound system will sound like static on a normal set-up, which might be part of your problem.
