Unity beginner here - is there a link / page where all the Karting Microgame mod tutorials are updated for version 2021.3 , or is there at least a full set of tutorials later than 2019.x or 2020.x LTS where all the mods are updated for the latest / current version?
I installed the latest LTS version 2022.3, but there was no Karting Microgame in the Learning templates, so I installed version 2021.3; however, in going through the 2021.3 tutorials, most mods’ highest version is 2019.x,
which causes names and locations of items not to match with 2021.3 .
It’s been very frustrating to figure out what might possibly match the new name and location in version 2021.3 , following a 2019.x tutorial; for example, I cannot find the ‘Kart Bounce’ script in the default KartClassic_Player inspector window.
I started out with version 2019.4 LTS, but ran into ‘outdated’ / incompatibility issues with imported karts, so I upgraded to newer Unity installs, which caused more incompatibility / outdated issues with the tutorials.
Please help!!
