Anyone here using the Kate code editor by KDE with Unity?
I’m always looking to use something a bit less lethargic than Visual Studio Community edition and came across Kate.
Any comments or challenges encountered with it?

To use Kate as your code editor in Unity, you need to set it as the external script editor in Unity’s preferences. Go to Edit > Preferences > External Tools, then select Kate from the dropdown menu for the external script editor. I don’t know if it will work for you but for me, it worked.
