I have a master timeline I use for each scene in Unity - Is there a way to keep it active and locked, every time I open a scene to work in timeline (which I do for constantly for virtual production) - it’s crazy tedious to open and lock constantly.
Or perhaps there is a workflow or method someone could share that would be better?
I assume you mean the lock icon in the top right corner of the Timeline window? Yes, I never want it unset too (or at least want it set by default when opening a scene). I wonder if can hook a script into the “open scene” lifecycle to set the flag each time…

I know some people want to go ham and make playable directors and timelines on anything, but we need a stable timeline window that has the last used one for the scene opened, opened on default for that scene just opened/reopened.
I understand why it’s this way, but for multi scene production, its a pain to keep opening.

If you get that working, please do share!
