Keep Wav or Ogm format for mobile not mp3

I was reading through the docs and found that when building a game from unity to mobile platform the sounds automatically get converted to mp3 format. I also read that if you plan on bringing a game to commercial you need to pay a fee if more than 5000 copies are distributed.
How can I avoid the fees and keep wav or ogm format when building to android or ios? Has anyone ever had this issue? Is there a workaround for this?

General consensus seems to be that mobile devices have hardware decoders and already pay royalties for us. Non-mobile platforms don’t use it.
