[Kid Category] Google reject because the app collect AAID

We are app developers on Kid Category for 3-8 years old. Today we received an email as follows.

We’ve identified that your app or an SDK in your app transmits device identifier(s) that do not comply with our Families Policy.
We’ve identified the transmission of the following device identifier(s):
Android Advertising ID

Plugins currently used

  • Firebase Analytics
  • Firebase Dynamic Links
  • Unity IAP, while Unity Analytics are disabled.

We’d like to keep these plugins but it seems that they are violating Google’s policies.

These are the methods we have tried.

  • Disable in Android Manifest:

We have not figured out what is happening. Can someone please help us with this issue?

Is there any progress? We’ve only used Admob and Unity Ads, and also encountered this problem, neither Unity 2019.1.1 nor Unity 2021.1.28
