Kill all enemies currently in the scene using Tag

I am trying to kill all the enemies in the scene by using a button. I have set the enemy up with a starting health and a current health. right now I have


which does work but kills one enemy at a time but I prefer all at once. I rather have set all enemies current health to 0 so that it plays the death animation but I know I can’t convert to a Int. Any help would be great.
