Kinect v2 for Windows Shadows Blinking

I am using the Kinect with MS SDK and my shadows are blinking on and off. Is anyone else having this issue or know of a way to fix it?

Are you talking about Windows Desktop player or Windows Store Apps or Windows Phone?

Windows Desktop player.

I figured it out. The shadows only blink when you maximize the screen on play. I set the resolution to 1024x768 and it works fine with hard shadows.
