[Kongregate game] Distraction Island

I’ve posted my first Unity game on Kongregate, and I’m hoping to get some feedback on the game. The game is part of a research project where I’m studying how people learn. The goal is for the game to be clean, easily understood, and hopefully challenging (to finish with a strong score).

So, to clarify, this wasn’t my first Unity game, but my first Kongregate game. It didn’t get many plays, and the comments seemed to indicate the game wasn’t challenging, and was a bit monotonous. And, this was to be expected for a “game” that is actually an experiment (where we have people do the same thing over and over again). But, I’m hoping to make a second version that is 1) shorter, and 2) more challenging. We’ll see if “Distraction Island 2” does any better. Thanks to anyone who gave this version a try!

I’ve uploaded a new version, which I’m advertising as “Up to 60% less monotonous!”

Updates
-You’re searching for two targets, rather than one, to increase variety
-If you do well on the game, you’ll move through it faster (and complete it in less than the maximum of 75 trials, and get bonus points)
-Some minor improvements in user experience (allows you to press ‘enter’ to give your memory response).

I’d love to get any feedback on the game (positive or negative!) and thanks again!

LOL @ your advertising campaign for the new version :stuck_out_tongue:

Will check it and let you know…
