Korean symbols are present but not drawn

I have watched the videos about dynamic fonts and fallbacks. Everything is set and works in almost all the cases but the last. One specifics could be because I dynamically load translations with LeanLocalization asset for callout labels.

partText.text = Lean.Localization.LeanLocalization.GetTranslationText(localization);

Korean symbols do not appear, but TMP also does not present the missing glyphs symbol.
What I notice is that there is no material on one of the submesh objects. But at least I see it picked the right fallback asset.

Also I double checked that the character is there

For some reason Korean font 16pt did not fit into a 20-height field while other languages did fit. Not sure If it is somehow controlled at font asset creation stage but at least it was the reason in my case.
