hi im new to unity and i was having probs editing my terrain i imported from L3dt. this is what im doing
first i split my terrain into smaller pieces then i imported each piece to unity. heres the prob when i go to edit terrain at sea level the terrain editor tools wont not let me go deeper than 0 sea level . i tried using the raiseheight script, no go couldnt get it to work . i tried flatening terrain and importing again no go . so last i tried editing the raw 16 bit images in external software but the results were horriable… any suggestinds would be great. oh yeah i flipped images on y vertices befor exporting from L3dt so they be right in unity…
