Lag on first touch?

I’ve noticed that in all my games I make with unity, the first time I change a scene by tapping on something, either a button or just the screen, there is some noticeable lag. But it only happens during the first touch, even in fresh projects with just a button and two scenes. I’ve done some searching and it seems this was / is an issue for a lot of people, but there seemed to be no solution.

So you’re loading a scene with this “first touch”? What happens when you don’t load a scene?
