Lag on Unity

Hello guys! I’ve got a small problem…
Unity lags. A lot.
The thing is that sometimes it works just perfect, but most of the time it will work very slow and lag a lot.
I’m pretty sure my PC is not the problem as it has pretty high-end parts. Also, when looking at the Task Manager, nothing goes above -say- 40% of usage.
I searched for solutions on google and such but unfortunately I couldn’t find a permanent solution. Changing to from DX11 to OpenGL and vice-versa will make it work fine, but just for a few times or until the next restart.

You will need to narrow it down. Does it happen on a new/empty project for example?

I think so. I’ll see if it does. Anyways it happens on all of my projects.
