Language Added to Win10 Package

Hello,

I am somehow getting another language added to my appxupload package (be for Belarusian), but in Visual Studios everything is set to en-US. I am using an asset and I believe the developer is from Russia. Is there a way to set this all to one language (en)?

I added a screenshot from the Windows Store.

Where in Visual Studio 2015 can I tell it not to build a _language-**.appx?

** is the 2 letter abbreviation.
