Laptop input Help?

Under input manager how do you setup for a laptop mouse pad scroll wheel? I did it for a plug in mouse but how do you do it for a laptop mouse pad scroll wheel.

Unless you're referring to some sort of multi-pointer device or interface, generally on computers, laptops or whatever, there's only ever one pointer, so it would be the same one, I would think.

If you plug in a mouse to your laptop, both your mouse and the touch pad will control the cursor. Because there's only one mouse cursor, regardless of the number of pointing devices, the mouse referred to in Unity would be the cursor of which there is only one. Input to Unity's mouse inputs would be the same for both input devices, I would think. If I am mistaken or if you have your input routed through as some sort of Joystick, then it would be one of the joysticks.

The only alternative I see is if you can figure out some way to capture this input from both devices separately through a plug-in or something (Pro-Only).

Unplug the cable running from your monitor to your PC and plug it back in, making sure the connection is firm. The most common cause of this error is a loose cable, If the “No Input Signal” error still appears, the problem does not rest with the cables or the monitor, but with your PC, and rather there is an error try the blog of Error code 0xc00000e9 for help.
