Layout groups with Aspect size children

I cant seem to figure out how to put this together.

Using Unity 5.5.0p1

Basically what I have is a nav window
Which is between 0 and 320 dp(density independent pixels) wide

I have 2 images, one of 2:1 and one of 3:2
The rest i want to fill up by a scrollable list…

Based on the width of the window
The 2 images should adapt their height to still keep their image fully filling up their potential
I.e window = 240 w
Image A should be 120 h (240/21)
Image B should be 160 h (240/3
2)
Scroll rect should fill the rest of the space left

My current setup

NavPanel (0-320dp width)
-TopBar 56 dp
-Content (vertical layout group)
– Image A
– Image B
– ScrollRect
— Viewport
---- Content
----- Menu Item (a few of them)

Been trying to fiddle around a lot with the layout components but just cant seem to get it fitting correctly
And an aspect ratio fitter shouldnt be added since the parent is a layout group

Added a photo to show what i mean
So when the width is changed of the window the images and list should resize their height based on width

It is a tough one even tried it by creating my own UIBehavior to set the height of the images.
but then the problem is the scrollrect as it is not filling up the rest of the space.

Would’ve been awesome if there was something to mark the images as aspect ratio control height by width
and for the scroll rect to just use the force expanding of the vertical layout group to just take up the rest of the space.
So the images fill up their width completely, set their height according to their width in aspect ratio, other components not marked as aspect ratio, fill up.

The Keep Aspect Ratio on the Image Component doesn’t really seem to do the trick for setting the height of the actual aspect ratio…
Which is a shame because this will leave a lot of vertical height space empty instead of setting the height according to the aspect ratio
